Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

This policy explains what Stickoi ("we", "us") collects when you use the Stickoi app and stickoi.com, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Questions: support@stickoi.com.

What we collect

  • Account. When you sign in with Apple, Google or a VOWI account: an account identifier, and the email address and name the sign-in provider shares with us.
  • Profile. The display name, username, bio, links, profile photo and background you set.
  • Your content. Stickers you upload (images, animations and 3D models), their titles and descriptions, collections, comments, likes, connections and reports you make. Stickers you keep only on your device stay on your device.
  • Photos you choose. Pictures you scan, pick or share into Stickoi are processed on your device to cut out stickers and describe them for search. A picture leaves your device only when you upload the sticker made from it.
  • Shop orders. The items and designs you order and their print files; the shipping name, phone number and address; an email for order updates; your order history; and reviews you write, with any photos. Payments are handled by Stripe: we never see or store your full card number.
  • Search and activity used for recommendations. Your last 20 searches, and which stickers you viewed, downloaded, added to a cart or bought. We use these to order what you see on Home.
  • Usage and device information. Which screens and features are used, the words you search for, and device and app version, collected through PostHog to understand and improve the app. Search words that look like an email address or phone number are not sent.
  • Crash and error reports. When the app crashes, freezes or hits an error, a report of what went wrong (the code path, device model, OS and app version) is sent to Sentry so we can fix it. It carries no name, email, photos or IP address.
  • Advertising. The free version shows ads through Google. Depending on your consent and your device settings, the ad provider may use an advertising identifier. You can change ad privacy choices in Settings.
  • Subscriptions. Stickoi Plus and Pro are sold and billed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to confirm the status of a purchase. It receives your Stickoi account identifier (a random ID, not your name or email address) together with product, price, currency and subscription status. We never see your payment card.
  • Advertising measurement and attribution. The app includes AppsFlyer, Meta App Events and TikTok for Business, which we use to attribute installs and to measure how well Stickoi’s own ads on other services work. AppsFlyer is our mobile measurement partner: it matches installs to the campaigns that led to them and reports the results to advertising platforms such as Meta and TikTok. When they are active, and depending on your privacy choices, these services may receive the identifier for vendor, the advertising identifier, IP-derived approximate location, device and app information, your tracking-authorization status, campaign or attribution information, and app events: installs and launches, creating an account, completing onboarding, starting a purchase or a free trial, and subscriptions and purchases, with product, price and currency. AppsFlyer also receives the same account identifier RevenueCat receives, and may receive confirmed subscription and purchase events from RevenueCat. The iOS advertising identifier is available only when you allow tracking through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. We do not send your name, email address, photos, stickers, messages or precise location to these services.

How we use it

  • To run your account, show your profile and content, and let you share and collaborate.
  • To make, ship and support your Shop orders, including sending you order updates.
  • To recommend stickers and collections and to power search.
  • To keep Stickoi safe, handle reports, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
  • To understand and improve the app.
  • To confirm subscriptions, and to measure which of our ads and links bring people to Stickoi.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers that run Stickoi for us: Supabase (accounts and data), Cloudflare (media storage and servers), Stripe (payments), RevenueCat (subscription status), PostHog (analytics), Sentry (crash and error reports) and Google (ads and Google sign-in).
  • Advertising measurement providers: AppsFlyer and, when they are active, Meta App Events and TikTok for Business. They receive the identifiers, approximate location, app events and purchase information described above to attribute installs, measure conversions, prevent fraud and improve Stickoi’s own ads, subject to their terms, your settings and the law.
  • Print and delivery partners, who receive the design, print files and shipping details needed to make and deliver an order.
  • Other people see what you make public: your profile, public stickers and collections, and reviews (shown without your name).
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Advertising measurement with the providers above may count as “sharing” or targeted advertising under some laws.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored and processed in the United States by the providers above, and by print partners where your order is made. The advertising measurement providers may also process it in other countries, such as Israel, Singapore and those of the European Union.

How long we keep it

  • Account data and content: until you delete them or your account.
  • When you delete your account, it and its content are removed permanently 7 days later; signing back in within those 7 days cancels the deletion.
  • Order and payment records: as long as tax and consumer-protection laws require (up to 5 years).
  • Searches: your last 20 in your account; search words in our analytics for up to one year.
  • Advertising measurement data: as long as each provider needs it to report on campaigns, prevent fraud and meet its legal obligations, under its terms.

Your choices and rights

  • Edit your profile and content, make stickers private, or delete them in the app.
  • Delete your account in Settings → Delete account.
  • Change ad privacy choices in Settings.
  • Allow or deny tracking when Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt appears, and change it later in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. Denying it keeps the advertising identifier from Stickoi and its partners; it does not turn off measurement Apple permits without that identifier.
  • Ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, at support@stickoi.com. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, including to object to or restrict processing and to complain to your data protection authority.

Children

Stickoi is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We will post changes here and update the date above. For significant changes we will let you know in the app.
