Stickoi Legal
Terms & Conditions
Last updated September 25, 2026
Please read these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy carefully. They govern your access to the Stickoi website, mobile application and its Messages and Share extensions, shared sticker, collection and profile pages, the Shop, and related features (together, the “Service”). Stickoi is made by vowi Corporation; “Stickoi”, “we” and “us” in these Terms mean vowi Corporation acting as Stickoi.
Section 19 explains how disputes should be raised and resolved, including rules for individual claims, small-claims proceedings, urgent court relief, and any arbitration the parties agree or are required to use. Mandatory rights available where you live are not limited by these Terms.
1. Agreement to these Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service. If you use Stickoi on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy describes the personal information we collect, why we process it, when it may be disclosed, and the choices and rights available to you.
3. Changes to the Terms or Service
We may revise these Terms as the Service or applicable requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when reasonably required. Your continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not accept a revision, you must stop using the Service.
Stickoi may add, modify, test, suspend, or discontinue any feature or part of the Service, including any product in the Shop, as it evolves. We will provide notice when applicable law requires it, but cannot promise that every feature or product will remain available.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 14 years old, or any higher minimum age required where you live, and legally able to use the Service. If you are below the age of majority in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must read and accept these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Service, including any purchase. Stickoi requires a supported sign-in account, such as Sign in with Apple, Google, or a VOWI account. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
You may use the Service only when applicable law permits you to do so. You represent that you are not subject to a trade restriction, embargo, sanctions list, or other legal prohibition that prevents your use of the Service.
5. Feedback
If you send ideas, suggestions, or other feedback about Stickoi, you allow us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation. This does not transfer ownership of content that you upload to the Service.
6. Your content
Ownership and permission
You retain ownership of the stickers, images, animations, 3D models, titles, descriptions, collections, comments, reviews and review photos, profile details, links, and other material you submit (“User Content”). You grant Stickoi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, resize, transcode, display, and transmit User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service according to your settings, and to print and deliver the designs you order in the Shop. This license permits Stickoi to use contractors, service providers, and print partners for those limited purposes and ends when the content is deleted, subject to the exceptions below. Stickoi does not claim ownership of User Content.
Your responsibility
You must hold all rights and permissions needed for your User Content, including for any photo you turn into a sticker and any person, character, logo, or artwork it shows. You are responsible for which stickers and collections you make public, and for who you invite to collaborate on a collection. Other people can save, download, send, or order prints of public stickers, and a recipient may copy or forward shared material beyond Stickoi’s control.
You represent that your User Content, your submission of it, and Stickoi’s permitted processing of it will not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; violate law; or breach an obligation you owe to another person. You remain solely responsible for User Content and its accuracy.
Stickoi may add automatically generated labels, descriptions, and search keywords to stickers you upload so that they can be found. These are made by software, may be inaccurate, and are removed with the sticker.
Removal
You may delete User Content using available controls or by contacting us. Copies may remain temporarily in backups, security records, or systems where immediate deletion is not technically practicable. Copies may also remain with people who saved, downloaded, received, or independently retained the content, and records of Shop orders are kept as the Privacy Policy describes. To the extent permitted by law, Stickoi is not responsible for a third party’s continued possession or redistribution of deleted content.
Stickoi content
Software, interfaces, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, and other material supplied by Stickoi or its licensors are protected by intellectual property law. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, Stickoi and its licensors reserve all rights in that material.
7. Plans and purchases
Parts of the Service are free. Stickoi Plus and Stickoi Pro are optional auto-renewing subscriptions sold through Apple’s App Store. Plus is offered for periods of one week, one month, or six months, and Pro for one year. The price, the length of each period, and what a plan includes are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
A subscription renews automatically for the same price and period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings on your device. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for. Deleting your Stickoi account, or removing the app, does not cancel a subscription.
Changing from Plus to Pro starts Pro at once, and Apple refunds the unused part of Plus; any other change of plan or period takes effect at the next renewal. Subscriptions are processed by Apple, and we cannot issue refunds for them: any refund is handled by Apple under its own rules, and can be requested at reportaproblem.apple.com. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and a partly used period is not credited. We may change what a plan includes, or its price for future periods; a price change takes effect only as the App Store’s rules allow.
A plan may include benefits in VOWI, a separate app, when you link the two accounts. Those benefits are provided under VOWI’s own terms, and they end when the plan ends or the accounts are unlinked.
8. Shop orders
The Shop sells physical goods — die-cut stickers, sticker sheets, temporary tattoos, and other printed items such as apparel, drinkware, keyrings, and phone cases — made to order with a design you choose or create. Shop orders are separate from Apple subscriptions: they are paid through Stripe, not through Apple, and we never see or store your full card number.
- Prices. Prices are in US dollars and are shown in the app, with any quantity discount, before you pay. A minimum order amount, where one applies, is shown in your cart. Shipping is charged once per order and shown in your cart for your address before you pay. Import taxes, VAT, and customs duties are not included; some countries charge them on delivery, and the buyer pays them.
- Your order. An order is placed when payment succeeds, and you receive a receipt at the email you give at checkout. Check the design, product, options, quantity, and shipping address before paying: each item is made to order exactly as you set it.
- Your design. You must have the rights to print the design you order. We may refuse or cancel an order whose design infringes another person’s rights, breaks Section 11, or cannot be printed, and will refund what you paid for a cancelled order.
- How printed goods look. Screens show light and presses print ink, so colours, sizes, and placement can differ slightly from the preview and between pieces and orders, within the production tolerances described in the app’s product details. Such differences are not defects.
- Shipping, returns, and refunds. Delivery, tracking, damaged or misprinted items, and refunds are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms. Because every item is custom-made, an order cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind once it is placed, except where the law where you live gives you that right.
- Reviews. A review you write of an order, and its photos, are User Content. Reviews are shown to other people without your name.
9. VOWI
VOWI is a separate app, made by the same company, with its own terms and privacy policy. Signing in to Stickoi with a VOWI account, and showing VOWI items in Stickoi, are optional. What Stickoi receives when you sign in with VOWI is described in the Privacy Policy, and your use of VOWI itself is governed by VOWI’s terms.
10. App license, Apple’s standard EULA, and app marketplaces
Subject to these Terms, Stickoi grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license with no right to sublicense, to install and use the app on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sublicense, rent, lend, resell, distribute, copy, modify, create derivative works from, make the app available to multiple users, or reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it except where applicable law expressly permits it.
If you obtain the app from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA) also applies to your use of the app. These Terms add to it; where the two conflict on the license to use the app, the standard EULA controls to the extent Apple’s rules require.
If you obtain the app through a third-party app marketplace, including Apple, that marketplace is not responsible for operating or supporting Stickoi and is not a party to these Terms. The marketplace operator and its affiliates may enforce applicable app-license provisions as third-party beneficiaries. Marketplace rules and your device controls also apply.
To the extent permitted by applicable marketplace rules and law, the marketplace has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, warranties, or responses to product, regulatory, consumer-protection, or intellectual property claims concerning the app. Any refund or other marketplace remedy is limited to what its rules require. Stickoi remains responsible for obligations that applicable law assigns to Stickoi.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app and with all export, import, trade-control, and sanctions laws that apply to you.
11. Prohibited conduct and enforcement
You may not, or help another person to:
- violate law or another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- upload, share, or order prints of material that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, hateful, violent, or malicious;
- upload sexually explicit content, non-consensual intimate material, or any sexual content involving minors;
- make stickers of another person, or share them, in a way that mocks, sexualizes, or humiliates that person, or without their permission where it is needed;
- harass, bully, threaten, impersonate, discriminate against, or endanger another person, including in comments and mentions;
- access non-public systems or accounts, test vulnerabilities, or bypass access and security controls;
- send spam or malware, interfere with the Service, or impose an unreasonable infrastructure load;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, index, or bulk-download profiles, contact details, or content without permission;
- collect or retain another user’s identifying information without that person’s express permission;
- frame, mirror, resell, or commercially exploit the Service, other people’s stickers, or Stickoi branding without written consent; or
- remove proprietary notices or reverse engineer Service software except where law permits it.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report any sticker, collection, or profile from the item itself, and you can block an account so that its content no longer reaches you. The owner and collaborators of a collection can delete comments on it. We review reports promptly, normally within 24 hours: content that breaks the rules above is removed, and the account behind it may be suspended or removed. If you think a decision was wrong, write to us and a person will look again.
We may investigate suspected violations and remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to operate the Service, enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with law. We are not required to monitor every account or item of User Content. We may preserve relevant information and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities where required or reasonably necessary to protect people, rights, and the Service.
12. Copyright and intellectual property
Stickoi and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including software, design, trademarks, branding, and non-user content. If you believe material on Stickoi, or a product ordered through the Shop, infringes your copyright or other rights, email support@stickoi.com with your contact details, the protected work, the disputed material and location, a statement of your good-faith belief, and enough information for us to respond. A notice must be accurate and submitted by the rights holder or an authorized representative. We may remove or restrict disputed material, decline to print it, and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
13. Third-party services and resources
The Service may depend on or link to third-party providers for sign-in, authentication, payments, printing, delivery and tracking, advertising, analytics, hosting, database, storage, security, and related infrastructure. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. Stickoi does not control and is not responsible for external services, content, availability, or transactions.
Links and integrations are provided for convenience. You accept the risks of using external resources and are responsible for reviewing their terms, privacy practices, fees, and suitability before using them.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Stickoi or delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account) or by contacting support@stickoi.com. An account you delete is removed permanently seven days later; signing in again within those seven days cancels the deletion. We may suspend, restrict, or end access, remove content, or discontinue the Service when you violate these Terms, create a legal or security risk, misuse the Service, or when continued operation is not reasonably possible. Where permitted by law, urgent protective action may occur without advance notice. An account removed for a violation is not owed a refund for a period already purchased, except where the law requires one. A paid Shop order is still made and delivered, or refunded, after an account is closed, unless it was cancelled under Section 8.
Terms that by their nature should survive termination remain effective, including content permissions needed for retained copies, ownership, enforcement, disclaimers, indemnity, liability limits, dispute terms, and general contract provisions.
15. Storage and warranty disclaimers
Stickoi is a way to make, keep, and share stickers, not a guaranteed backup service. Keep independent copies of important photos and content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Stickoi disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement, as well as warranties arising from a course of dealing or trade usage. We do not promise that the Service will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or permanently available.
Stickoi does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness, or reliability of User Content or other information available through the Service. Our commitments for the physical goods you buy are those in Section 8 and the Shipping & Returns policy. Rights and warranties that cannot legally be excluded, including statutory rights for goods that are defective or not as described, remain unaffected.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you will indemnify, defend, and hold Stickoi and its operators, directors, officers, personnel, agents, and service providers harmless from third-party claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable legal or accounting costs arising from your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, a design you order printed, your violation of another person’s rights, or your material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Stickoi’s own unlawful conduct.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stickoi and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of content, data, profits, goodwill, business opportunity, or substitute-service costs arising from the Service. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stickoi’s total aggregate liability arising from the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Stickoi for the Service, including Shop orders, during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100. These exclusions and limits apply regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if a remedy does not fully compensate a loss. They do not apply where applicable law forbids their application.
18. Applicable law and forum
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to Stickoi’s operation and your use of the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law rules and without limiting mandatory consumer rights available where you live. Subject to Section 19, a dispute that cannot be resolved informally may be submitted to a court or other tribunal with lawful jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms creates jurisdiction where none otherwise exists.
19. Dispute resolution
Informal resolution
Before starting a formal claim, please contact support@stickoi.com and describe the issue, the relief requested, and relevant account or order details. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days unless urgent circumstances require faster action.
Individual proceedings
To the extent permitted by law, each party may bring a claim only in its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or member in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. If this restriction is unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim may proceed only in the forum authorized by applicable law.
Small claims, court relief, and arbitration
Either party may use an eligible small-claims procedure. Either party may also seek temporary, injunctive, or equitable relief from a court to protect intellectual property, privacy, safety, or system security. Any arbitration will occur only where the parties agree to it or a separate binding rule requires it. The applicable consumer rules and law will govern the arbitrator, procedure, location, fees, and available individual relief.
Severability
If a dispute-resolution provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent required, and the remaining provisions will continue unless applicable law requires otherwise.
20. General terms
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Shipping & Returns policy form the entire agreement between you and Stickoi about the Service and replace prior understandings about the same subject. If a provision cannot be enforced, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without Stickoi’s written consent, except where applicable law gives you that right. Stickoi may transfer these Terms as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or operation of the Service, subject to applicable law. These Terms bind permitted successors and assigns.
Notices from Stickoi may be delivered through the Service or to the email address associated with your account or order and are effective when sent or posted, as applicable. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. A waiver must be in writing and applies only to the specific instance for which it is given. Rights and remedies are cumulative unless these Terms or applicable law state otherwise.
